Shipping & Returns

STEVERNEVEN.COM will normally process and ship all orders within 24 hours. However, If you place an order on Friday after 12:00 PM EST or during the weekend, we will process it on the next business day (Monday). Please consider some delays may occur if your credit card is rejected, the shipping address is different than the billing address or because of inventory availability. You will be notified via email if any of these or other problems occur. Shipping options are USPS First Class, USPS Priority (Recommended), FedEx Ground, FedEx Express and FedEx 2-Day Delivery. All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures.

FREE STANDARD Shipping 4 to 9 Business Days is available on all orders ($50+) within the U.S. More shipping options are available at checkout.

CANADA, EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD - We offer low shipping rates starting with USPS First Class Shipping (7 to 20 business days to deliver) and PRIORITY Shipping with tracking (5-15 days to deliver).

More international shipping options are available at checkout.

We strongly recommend you to choose USPS EXPRESS (7 business days to deliver and includes tracking number and Insurance), for orders $100 or more.

Standard Shipping

All standard shipments will arrive at their destination via USPS. All international shipments will arrive at their destination via the official local post.

United States
FREE ($50+)
Orders within the United States will arrive at their destination approximately four to nine business days from the shipping day.

Outside the US
FLAT FEE

Orders shipped outside of the United States should arrive approximately seven to fifteen business days from the shipping day.

Express Shipping 3-Day Express Saver, 2 days Express shipping is available via FedEx. We also offer FedEx ground.

USPS Priority
Orders within the United States will arrive approximately three to four business days from shipping day. You will receive a tracking number with this shipping method.

USPS EXPRESS INT'L
Orders shipped outside of the United States will arrive approximately seven business days from shipping day. You will receive a tracking number with this shipping method.

APO & FPO Addresses
Yes, we ship to APO addresses. You should have to choose USPS First Class or Priority Shipping. We will send you a tracking number and it should arrive at your APO address within 2-7 business days.

Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay in the arrival of your order.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to most countries in the world - unfortunately, we can't ship to all countries, due to local delivery problems we have had in the past. However, if you don't find your desired destination country in the tables below, please contact our Customer Service team and we will do our best to serve you.

Customs and Duty

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to Customs clearance charges or import duty. Steveneven.com does not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees, which are determined by the authorities in the destination country. However, if your package arrives with additional charges applied and you would like to speak to one of our representatives, please contact Customer Service.

Return Policy

STEVENEVEN offers satisfaction guaranteed. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them, we will give you a store credit or refund the money for the goods only. You must return the items unworn and unwashed, with all the original labels and tags within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. We will accept returns up to a total of ten items per order (If you are a first-time buyer, please consider to buy up to ten items unless you are familiar with the brand). If you are returning an item please enclose the following:

  • Original order number or the original packing slip.
  • Your complete name, address, and telephone number.
  • The returning items in their original packaging and attached tags.
