I like everything about these brief/trunks except the pouch - so I did go with a smaller size - I'm 5'9" and 175 lbs and I have a SMALL package - I ordered a large but reordered mediums in simular styles same brand and really I'm much happier - I do love the Hawai band with this matter and especially the Lt Blue color and the medium size
